We have duplicate detection built in, so you can review possible matches and exclude those:</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://portal.helpfruit.com/api/images/079d861d72cc4aca80c65588df217079/files/Juicer%20matching.png?width=1000&amp;height=\"></p>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1icke9u8k5g9\">Use Juicer outside of Helpfruit</h3>\n<p>If you don't have a Helpfruit account, it's possible to <a href=\"https://portal.helpfruit.com/juicer/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">use&nbsp;Knowledge Juicer outside of Helpfruit</a>. You are limited to one run of up to ten sources, and can export your Q&amp;A results&nbsp;as a CSV or HTML file.</p>\n<p>If you subsequently sign up for a trial, you'll have access to your Juicer Q&amp;A inside&nbsp;Helpfruit.</p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1icke9u8k5ga\">Knowledge sources</h2>\n<p>Knowledge sources are the web pages and documents that we can extract knowledge from and turn into Q&amp;A. Knowledge Juicer can process three kinds of knowledge source:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>web pages - add via URL</li>\n<li>word or text-based PDF files</li>\n<li>Helpfruit articles</li>\n</ul>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1icug933u2d\">Knowledge extraction - limitations</h3>\n<p>Juicer can't extract Q&amp;A from image-only PDF files.</p>\n<p>If you're not seeing good results from web knowledge sources, it may be because the services we use are struggling to extract readable content from the page. Some workarounds you could try:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copy text from the page to a word document, and add that document as a Juicer source</li>\n<li>Print the webpage to PDF, and upload that PDF as a Juicer source</li>\n</ul>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1icke9u8k5gb\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Data security&nbsp;</h2>\n<p>We use generative AI to optimise the process of chatbot building, but you remain in control of your content. Your knowledge is secure. Source content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is not used to train AI models.&nbsp;</p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1icke9u8k5gc\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Managing AI risks</h2>\n<p>Before publishing your Q&amp;A or adding them to your bot, you can review the generated content for accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. Your&nbsp;chatbot will not answer a question with a made-up answer - all chat content is reviewed and published by you before being available to your customers.</p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1icke9u8k5gd\">Plan availability</h2>\n<p>Knowledge Juicer is available to all Helpfruit customers with the following limits:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trial/starter plan - process up to 20 knowledge sources per calendar month</li>\n<li>Standard plan - process up to 40 knowledge sources per calendar month&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Premium plan - process up to 80 knowledge sources per calendar month&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Limits will be reset at the beginning of each&nbsp;calendar month.
