With tags you can:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>manage your knowledge content</li>\n<li>link related <a href=\"https://help.helpfruit.com/article/articles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">articles</a> and FAQ</li>\n<li>group and display related content on <a href=\"https://help./article/faq-pages\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-invalid=\"true\">Help Pages</a></li>\n<li>manage workflows and back-end processes&nbsp; (eg label questions for review)</li>\n<li>trigger<a href=\"https://help.helpfruit.com/article/engagements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> engagements</a></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Tags are not visible in your chatbot, but can be displayed (or optionally, hidden) on articles and pages.</p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1gjil9epj38m\">How to add tags to your Q&amp;A</h2>\n<p>To add a tag to your Q&amp;A, click the + in the tags column and start typing:</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<div><img src=\"https://storage.faqbot.nz/prod/079d861d72cc4aca80c65588df217079/files/pasted_image_article_using-tags_ab4e0a52-72b1-4e41-b175-3a9d55f68ac3.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"453\"></div>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You can then select from an existing tag, or add a new tag.</p>\n<p>One Q&amp;A can have multiple tags, if you wish.</p>\n<p>Tags can correspond to topics/categories, or can be used for admin processes (eg add a tag \"review June 2025\" to easily find a set of questions with time-sensitive content).</p>\n<h2 id=\"mcetoc_1gjil9epj38n\">How to add tags to articles</h2>\n<p>Tags can also be added to your articles in the same way.</p>\n<p>Tags link articles and Q&amp;A. All instances of the tag will be updated</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Organise your tags - eg create parent tags - to build a hierarchy&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<h3 id=\"mcetoc_1gjim327s3c5\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Tag visibility</span></h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">When you edit a tag, you can also change the tag's visibility settings on FAQ Pages:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Show</strong> the tag on Help Pages</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Feature</strong> the tag on Help Pages&nbsp;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Hide questions</strong> with that tag</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">The default settings are as shown.
