Welcome engagements appear when a user starts chatting to your chatbot.

Typically, welcome engagements are used for greetings, and provide an introduction to what your chatbot can do.

Welcome engagements can also be context specific - so if your customer opens your bot on your booking page, you can greet them with a message and suggested actions that relate to booking.
