What if you don't have an answer?

You can set up your chatbot to behave the way you specify when it can't answer a question.

If it doesn't know the answer it can search your website and provide relevant page snippets in the chat.

Chatbots can also answer with a chat form to collect some details for follow-up, or escalate to live chat, depending on how the bot is set up.
